This Refund Policy applies to all bookings and services provided or coordinated by Venus Business Solutions (VBS), and forms part of our Terms and Conditions →
1. General Refund & Cancellation Policy
The following refund policy applies to property rentals and golf car rentals unless otherwise stated in writing.
Full Refund
The client is entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the reservation date.
Cancellation Within 5 Days
If the cancellation is made within 5 days of the reservation date, VBS will charge:
- One night charge for property rentals, or
- One day rental charge for golf car rentals
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the client.
No-Show Policy
If the client does not show up on the confirmed booking date without prior cancellation, the booking may be considered non-refundable.
Force Majeure
Refunds in cases of weather conditions, government restrictions, security reasons, marina closure, compound restrictions, or other force majeure events will be handled case by case depending on the service provider, operator, and actual costs incurred.
2. Sea Activities Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because sea activities depend heavily on weather, marina approval, and operator scheduling, cancellation terms may vary depending on the activity.
- If cancellation is made by the client within the allowed cancellation period, refund eligibility will follow the confirmed booking terms.
If the activity is cancelled by VBS, the captain, marina, coast guard, or operator due to unsafe conditions, the client may be offered:
- A new available date
- A replacement activity
- A partial or full refund depending on the case and actual costs incurred
No refund will be guaranteed if the client arrives late, refuses to follow safety instructions, exceeds the approved number of guests, or violates operator rules.
