Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Venus Business Solutions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided or coordinated by VBS, including property rentals, golf car rentals, sea activities, yacht experiences, safari and off-road activities.

By confirming any reservation or service with VBS, the client acknowledges and agrees to the below terms.


1. General Booking Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by VBS.
  • A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving the required payment, deposit, or written confirmation from VBS.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal details, booking dates, number of guests, location, and any special requests before confirmation.
VBS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any booking in case of incorrect information, misuse of service, safety concerns, property violations, or force majeure circumstances.

2. Property Rental Policy & Guidelines

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in and check-out timing will be confirmed before arrival according to each property's availability and compound rules.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may include extra charges.

Guest Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during the rental period.
  • The property must be used only for residential and holiday purposes.
  • Any damage, missing items, misuse, excessive cleaning requirements, or violation of property or compound rules may be deducted from the insurance deposit.
  • The number of guests must match the confirmed booking details. Any additional guests must be approved by VBS in advance.
  • Pets, events, parties, loud music, or commercial use of the property are not allowed unless approved in writing.

Compound Rules

  • Clients must respect the rules and regulations of the compound, resort, hotel residence, or community where the property is located.
  • This includes security procedures, access permits, parking rules, beach access rules, pool rules, noise control, and visitor policies.
  • VBS is not responsible for any restriction caused by the client's failure to follow compound rules.

3. Property Insurance Deposit

For property rentals, VBS charges an insurance deposit equal to one night's stay, with a maximum insurance amount of EGP 30,000.

  • The insurance deposit is refundable after check-out, subject to property inspection.
  • Any damages, missing items, extra cleaning, penalties, or unpaid charges will be deducted from the insurance amount.
  • If the damage exceeds the insurance deposit, the client remains fully responsible for covering the remaining cost.

4. Golf Car Rental Policy & Guidelines

Usage Rules

  • Golf cars must be used only inside permitted areas, compounds, resorts, or approved locations.
  • The client must operate the golf car safely and responsibly at all times.
  • Golf cars are not allowed to be used for racing, drifting, overloading, towing, unsafe driving, or any activity that may damage the vehicle or endanger others.
  • The client is fully responsible for the golf car during the rental period.
  • Children or unauthorized drivers are not allowed to operate the golf car.

Delivery & Return

  • The golf car must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Any delay in return may result in additional rental charges.
  • VBS has the right to inspect the golf car before and after the rental period.

5. Golf Car Insurance Deposit & Damage Policy

For golf car rentals, VBS charges an insurance deposit of EGP 10,000.

Any damage to the golf car will be repaired through the official golf car agent, approved workshop, or authorized body shop. The full repair invoice will be charged to the client.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Body damage
  • Battery damage
  • Tire or rim damage
  • Seats or upholstery damage
  • Electrical issues caused by misuse
  • Accessories, lights, mirrors, charger, or key damage
  • Any accident-related damage

The following also applies to the insurance deposit:

  • If the repair cost exceeds the insurance deposit, the client must pay the remaining amount in full.
  • The insurance deposit is refundable only after inspection and confirmation that the golf car has been returned without damage or violations.

6. Sea Activities General Policy

  • Sea activities are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, marina approval, coast guard approval, operator availability, and safety clearance.
  • VBS may operate some sea activities directly and may coordinate others through trusted third-party operators.
  • Clients must follow all safety instructions given by the captain, crew, guide, instructor, or operator.
  • Life jackets and safety equipment must be used whenever required.
  • Clients must disclose any medical condition, swimming limitation, pregnancy, heart condition, back injury, or any health issue that may affect their participation.
VBS and/or the operator reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend any activity if conditions are considered unsafe.

7. Yacht & Private Boat Policy

  • Yacht and private boat bookings are subject to availability, marina approval, weather conditions, sea conditions, and coast guard permissions.
  • The final route, timing, anchoring points, swimming stops, and activity plan are subject to the captain's safety decision.
  • Clients must arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the trip duration and does not guarantee extension or refund.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the yacht or boat in good condition during the trip.
  • Any damage caused by the client or guests to the yacht, boat, equipment, furniture, sound system, safety tools, fishing equipment, water toys, or any accessories will be charged to the client.

The following may be restricted or prohibited unless approved in advance:

  • Smoking in unauthorized areas
  • Bringing outside food or drinks
  • Pets
  • Loud parties
  • Unsafe behavior
  • Jumping from unauthorized areas
  • Entering restricted crew or engine areas
  • Exceeding the approved number of guests
The captain has full authority to stop or modify the trip if any behavior risks the safety of guests, crew, or equipment.

8. Safari & Off-Road Activities Policy

  • Safari and off-road activities involve natural terrain and may include desert driving, quad biking, buggy rides, 4x4 vehicles, camel rides, mountain areas, or remote locations.
  • Clients participate at their own responsibility and must follow all guide and operator instructions.
  • Clients must wear required safety equipment and must not drive or participate in an unsafe manner.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reckless driving
  • Racing without permission
  • Driving outside the approved route
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Ignoring the guide's instructions
  • Overloading vehicles
  • Damaging equipment or natural areas

Additional requirements for clients:

  • Clients must disclose any medical condition before joining, especially pregnancy, heart conditions, back problems, recent surgeries, asthma, or mobility limitations.
  • VBS and/or the operator reserve the right to refuse participation if the activity is considered unsafe for the client.
  • Any damage to safari vehicles, quad bikes, buggies, safety gear, or equipment caused by misuse will be charged to the client.

9. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

  • Some services may be provided directly by VBS, while others may be arranged through third-party suppliers, operators, marinas, guides, drivers, instructors, property owners, or activity providers.
  • In third-party services, VBS acts as a coordinator and booking facilitator.
  • The client may be required to follow additional terms, waivers, or safety instructions provided by the third-party operator.
  • VBS is not responsible for delays, changes, restrictions, cancellations, or incidents caused by third-party operators, weather conditions, government authorities, marina decisions, or force majeure events.

10. Payments, Deposits & Additional Charges

  • All prices, deposits, insurance amounts, and payment deadlines will be confirmed before booking.
  • Any extra service requested during the booking may be charged separately.
  • This may include extra nights, extra rental days, additional guests, transportation, special setup, cleaning, damages, late return, overtime, fuel, permits, or marina fees.
  • Unpaid charges must be settled before check-out, return of equipment, or completion of service.

11. Client Conduct & Safety

Clients must behave respectfully toward VBS staff, property owners, drivers, captains, crew, guides, operators, security teams, and other guests.

VBS reserves the right to cancel or stop any service without refund in case of:

  • Unsafe behavior
  • Verbal or physical abuse
  • Property damage
  • Violation of laws or compound rules
  • Refusal to follow safety instructions
  • Misuse of property, vehicles, yacht, or equipment

12. Liability

VBS will always aim to deliver professional, safe, and high-quality service.

However, VBS shall not be liable for any loss, delay, injury, cancellation, damage, or extra cost resulting from:

  • Weather or sea conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Marina or coast guard decisions
  • Compound or security rules
  • Client misuse or negligence
  • Third-party operator actions
  • Force majeure events
  • Incorrect information provided by the client

The client remains responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents, phones, bags, and any personal items during all services.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with VBS, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy.

VBS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The applicable terms will be those shared or published at the time of booking confirmation.
